Lucinda (Lucy) Beaton is originally from South Africa and has lived in New Zealand and India. She also lived in California and is now living in Texas, United States of America.

Since graduating high school and wherever she has lived she has been investing in the lives of children of all ages. Writing was birthed when she wrote curriculum or the story to support a lesson she was teaching or a school pageant she was directing.  She has taught, lead, mentored and developed material to be able to sow into the lives of the children in which she invested. Some of those she mentored were young women in the mission field, one of which was a mother who was trained to be a children’s church leader.

She commented that, “When I learn something today or have a revelation today, I want to pass it on as soon as possible”. She would tell her children “Learning is an adventure.”

​

She has a great love of the mountains, is given to hospitality and her interests are many-things-creative, singing and gardening.
